Steps to Apply
Your Guide to Joining RMS
- Submit an Admissions Inquiry
Initiate your application by completing our Inquiry Form. This allows our Admissions team to connect with you, discuss your child’s educational needs, and provide guidance on our holistic admissions process.
- Campus Visit
Discover the unique atmospheres of Rowntree Montessori Schools by visiting our campuses. Attend an Open House or schedule a personal tour to meet our faculty and see our facilities in action across different locations.
- Application and Assessment
After meeting with our admissions team, families will receive an online application link to complete and submit the required documents.
For Kindergarten applicants (Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten), attend a minimum 1-hour trial in the classroom to assess social, emotional, and academic fit. For Grade 1 and higher, a minimum 3-hour classroom trial is required, followed by an entrance interview.
Required Documents:
❋ Last three report cards. Not applicable for KM Students.
❋ Up-to-date immunization records.
❋ Passport and Birth Certificate.
- Admission Decision and Enrollment
Our admissions decisions are based on a comprehensive evaluation of each student’s academic readiness, motivation, and social skills. Upon acceptance, families receive enrollment details and are guided through the registration process, including the submission of a non-refundable deposit.

- Family Engagement: Essential for admission and ongoing success, requiring active participation and support.
- Continuous Enrollment: Students may join any time throughout the year, with availability in programs from Kindergarten to Elementary.
- Annual Review: Re-admission is contingent upon annual assessments to maintain educational alignment and community integration.
